My best friend and I haven’t seen each other in ages and are meeting up for an evening in Central London on Friday. We’re both London residents, so would like to go somewhere fun and lively but not the usual tourist traps and somewhere we can enjoy a gossip without screaming at the top of our lungs (preferably cocktails will be included…!).

GO TO Covent Garden for the street entertainment
sounds like a good idea, but unfortunately, we are not in london
Dover street wine bar is loads of fun – live music, good food – it’s just near Green Park tube – google it – you’ll have a good night
I visited London with some mates earlier this year and had a pretty cool night out at Allstar Lanes.
A luxury bowling alley/cocktail lounge.

or, because you said you want somewhere quiet, why not just book a restraunt somewhere? they are really nice and fancy up London
