I am usually extremely prejudice to the Olympics in general as we should not be taking on an Olympics when we are already in the depth of an economic crisis HOWEVER the tourism will be booming therefore giving more profit and income to local branches and also to big brand names such as Nike and Adidas.
Also, the roads in which are going to be constructed could help make accesibility in an already congested city easier.
The Olympics, although is growing increasingly commercialised is actually a great honour to host as it shows pride and spirit within a nation…despite the fact that the Olympics does increase millions of people becoming poverty-stricken wholly in that 17-day period….
