I’m pretty sure they’ll be expecting something like that and doing security analyses and putting mitigations against it in place long before the torch gets there.
There is never a 100% guarantee (look at the millions they put into security at the WTC, which is why the terrorists took to planes, right?) but you can bet there will be a lot of major security thought going into any such event in the future.
Don’t be afraid. I’ve been in two of them now and I might be a little twitchy but I’m no longer afraid of anything. You aren’t going to die unless you are meant to that day.
I believe it is inevitable that these terrorists will hit the UK really hard one day.
Whether they strike during the Olympics, I don’t know. But you can be assured that the UK anti terrorist groups will be on full alert to counter any threat.
Anyway, you have a higher chance of dying crossing the road, than from these idiots.
Probably likely…a terrorist attack could happen anytime, but don’t worry about it whatever happens happens…no point worrying about it until the time comes don’t waste your life worrying about something that isn’t happening enjoy life to the full until it does happen, if it does.
Don’t know about terrorist attack but can foresee problems when a gun goes off they won’t know if it’s the starter or a gang feud
