A big big error !!! Billions of pounds on four weeks of sport to make simple sportsman look like heros—grow up! We need hospitals, schools and many other IMPORTANT facillities.

No mistake in the allocation. The mistake was bidding for it in the first place. Madrid were breathing a sigh of relief that they weren’t awarded the money pit.
