I was watching archery the other night. It all happens pretty quickly, no need to be all that fit, they only take about a dozen shots per match, hell I reckon you could have a beer between shots.
Might even have a crack at it myself.
See you there, I’ll be the old guy on the Aussie team.

Im not sure, but alot of these current athletes, along with those up and comers, have trained their WHOLE lives for these competition. They are given the best coaches and are funded and backed by the American government/ Olympic committee. Unless you have lots of time, money, talent and resources. You chances may be quite slim in regards to picking up a sport as of now and training in time to be competative at the Olympics

sprinting is a natural ability, sop if your good aT THEN GO FOR THAT, there is no way to make it in tennis or basketball or any of htat unless u have been doing it for a few years, u could possibly make pingpong team for america but to beat the chineze and germans u would have had to start a few years ago, ultimantely it will have to be a individual sport that is a combination of strngth and control and coordination, and it would have to be not real well known or popular becuase hten u wouldn’t have enough time in 4 years

I would try a sport that we need improvement in: Badminton, Table Tennis, Kayaking, Handball, Archery, and Weightlifting to name a few.

I doubt you can do it, but we’d need a little more info about you, such as height, and body build, and current athletic capabilities
