Is that why, if he doesnt get free travel as a perk of his job as Mayor, he didnt get a fine like the European girl? Would that prevent him from standing for mayor in 2012?

    i DONT KNOW ABOUT LONDON BUT HERE IN THE usa I AM PRETTY SURE BEING A CRIMINAL IS A PREREQUSITE TO ENTERING POLITICS
