The queen of England has officially invited Pope Benedict XVI to the UK Elizabeth II will receive the pope in the palace of Holyroodhouse, in Edinburgh, the official residence of the former queen, who was Catholic, Marie Stuart.

    The Scottish n Irish Catholics don’t acknowledge the Queen Of England nor the Crown. Never have never will.
