Just listened to the “Breaking Benjamin” version, whoever that is, and quite frankly it sucks. There is only one Queen, and only one version of this song you need listen to. This material should be left alone; all these X Factor losers do not realise the gravity of the lyrics they are dabbing their grubby hands all over. It’s like trying to re-write Shakespeare – see how far you get.

Hey! Breaking Benjamin did a damn fine job of remaking this song, its so much better than any of the other songs on this so called “tribute” to queen album. Ben Burnley had a beautiful voice and they sang the song just like Freddie did, unlike the other songs who totally juacked the songs up and made them very un-queen sounding and more modern. And plus Ben Burley is a huge enormous fan of Queen he probably feels honored that he was chosen! He did not ruin the song at all. he sounds beautiful!
It’s quite a good song. However, towards the end I feel like I’ve heard the ” who wants to live forever’ a bit too much. I would have liked it if they repeated the verses from the beginning some more, to give it a bit more variety during the middle of the song

I’d only ever hope they are the “future” if that counts as being crucified in flames for their murder of great songs. Even all the papers and a vast majority of people said they were shite. Talents? I don’t know how anybody can bear to watch them for more than ten seconds without shuddering and turning the song off.
