Thats retarded. What about Basketball and Football? Should we ban that to? Blacks make up 70-80% of the NBA and NFL, yet they only make up 13% of the population. Is that racist? Whites are better at certain sports than blacks, like swimming, snowboarding, gymnastics, cycling, hockey. And blacks are better at sports like sprinting, long distant running, basketball, boxing. Its that thinking that keeps racism alive. We should give blacks gold medals even if they dont win, just to make it fair?

Whatever dude, all this arguing is secondary to the big picture. That being US is ranked number 1 OVERALL by the IOC with 2515 Medals. That is more than TWICE as many as the 2nd placed country has! We also have 1009 Gold Medals, again more than DOUBLE the amount of the second place country! We OWN the Olympics. The Lazy, Fat, Stupid Americans have the worlds BEST Athletes, and we prove it year after year after year after year after year.
@ajr666 and to answer your question, if one country gets 40 bronze medals and 50 silvers, and botswana get one gold than yes botswana derserves to win, seeing as they won an event and technically the other country hasnt won anything, silver and bronze medals are given form individual accomplishment, not for national rankings
