They really cleaned up their technique by the time 2002 rolled around (I always found them to be a bit sloppy when they were younger). This is a fascinating FD that has a lot of complex choreography and a ton of expression and passion. A well deserved gold medal.

these two have something that is incredibly difficult to describe. . a little magic, or something like that. . . In the ice dancing watch every year, but I do not know any couple that the same “Magic”. . .

I’ve never been a fan of dance couple (I’d rather have been solo), but I always liked both. I have never seen another pair I loved it found. . . This is probably why I see now that the Olympic competition for ballroom dancing on television. . . I miss her.

I love this team! You can say what you want about the current ice dancing judges at a time (or lack thereof at times), but both were immediately apparent at the end of the story. They deserve their medals
