@koikejumei You’re an ignorant prick because you call a city a terrible place on earth just because of a case of heavy rain.
Also, canceling an event like the Olympic Games because of rain is just idiotic. Japan has hosted multiple games both summer and winter, yet has strong earth quakes from time to time, but that’s not a reason to cancel them. Also it doesn’t make Japan a terrible place on earth.
@ervin2 Crime rates in Rio could be a better reason not to hold the Olympic there. However, that torrent downpour happened there could also a good reason to worry about this city. I don`t try to be an ignorant prick. Just commented about facts actually happened in Rio. Besides, There are many other ppl who worries abot it just like me.

If you really want a reason not to give Rio the games that bad, cite their crime rates.
