I ask because this guy has won his case in Arizona and now he can drive around without number plates of his car. I thought it might be the number of problems have saved to go to court if he had simply kept on the dealer plates. However, I do not know the laws of Arizona from California. I know that many people pay money for their car, then foolishly hand over their real title of the DMV if they undertake to quote their knowledge, the registration fee (rent) and a driver’s license.
