TRAVELLERS bound for Bowen Island board a water taxi Thursday after B.C. Ferries’ Queen of Capilano was pulled out of service following a breakdown involving an electrical problem. Car travel to Snug Cove was halted for almost seven hours while the vessel was repaired.
