@arklene Yeah. . . because the parents had plastic surgery and are actually ugly genetically.

@drpaulnassif I’ve been looking into rhinoplasty for quite some time now, and my nose is very similar to the patient’s pre-op nose. About how much did a surgery of this caliber cost?

it wasn’t terrible before. you were beautiful. you’re still beautiful, just different. if anyone doesn’t respect your decision to change your appearance, they’re a hypocrite. everybody does something, shaving, makeup, weight loss, hair dye. . . whatever makes YOU feel happy.

My nose is similar to her nose. I am Native American, East Indian. . I like my nose love my nostril size and shape but I want a slightly more narrow tip and slightly less wide nose. Is it achievable without adding cartilage?

the nose that she had before wasn’t terrible but it did negatively effect her appearance. Her whole face looked so much better afterward. That was great how she was able to become more confident. I hope to get a rhinoplasty my self when I have the money.

Dr Nassif makes a very important point in that it is important to ascertain the psychological status and stability of the patient prior to a rhinoplasty and to also do the surgery in a conservative manner. It is also important to underpromise the patient and make sure that the patient’s expectations are realistic. Very nice video

    great job Doc x
