Originally from the fall 2008 collection at Whistles, the top was no longer available in stores, breaking the hearts of many Kate-loving fashionistas. But thankfully the British shop has reissued the blouse, along with a heftier price tag and new name. The frilly shirt a.k.a. the Kate Blouse retails for $203.52, up from $155.
