These royal ladies' style choices are in big demand:
Sorry, Prince William. But when your new wife Kate Middleton crossed the lawn of Buckingham Palace with you the day after the royal wedding, it was her shoes (and Zara dress) that gals were coveting.
Luckily, LK Bennett will reissue the newlywed's go-to patent leather and raffia wedges, reports UK Elle. The shoes were originally part of their Spring 2010 collection, but the brand has decided to bring them back thanks to Kate's unofficial endorsement. And just like the new Duchess of Cambridge, the "Greta" wedge will now go by a different title -- the "Kate."
They will be available in stores and online starting in early June.
Pippa's Purse Strings
The perfect match for your new Kate shoes? Pippa's handbag, of course. The Middleton middle child stepped out with her family toting the gray leather "Bristol" bag from London company Modalu on the same day Kate and William were jetting off in a helicopter from the Palace. With gold statement zippers and double handles, the satchel sells for about $244.
Although it sold out almost instantly after the Pippa sighting, Modalu is currently taking a limited number of pre-orders, with the bags ready for shipment by June 22.
Queen Elizabeth, the Fashionista?
Score one for the old guard! Queen Elizabeth II has still got some purse power of her own. The 59-year-old monarch shone brightly at Kate and William's ceremony, wearing a yellow Angela Kelly dress with matching hat.
But it was her timeless cream leather handbag by luxe brand Launer London that caught British shoppers' attention.
According to The Telegraph, sales of the company's more traditional pieces have increased 60 percent since the Queen's Westminster Abbey arrival. And it's not just the older folks who are scooping up the goods, which range in price from over $600 to $1300.
"In sharp contrast to Launer's appeal amongst the 50-plus establishment; 20 percent of the sales increase has been caused by stylish women in the 35-50 age bracket," the U.K. newspaper reports.
