The blacks tend to live in poor, rough, ghetto, ‘gangsta’ areas. Are not the only ones definitely blacks in the riot, but the Majority are. Those who feel Deprived, All which escalated by the killing of the black man recently.

  8. s wa says:

This is a case or class in society. The black population in the riots are more propotionatly propotionatly Because They Are in a socially low class whites than in London. However if you look at areas Manchester Such As most rioters are white again if you look at neighborhoods thesis They Are and lower classes. These lower class populations and neighborhoods are displaying the wrong in British culture.
