I for some reason don’t think it will be better, or in other words, i don’t think it will live up to expectations, because think about it….. Half of the Olympics in Beijing is about showcasing the Chinese culture, and the opening ceremony was so beautiful because it encompassed China’s amazing history. London just doesn’t have that cultural aspect, so i think these games might be better! Free WP Autoposter…

Granted, home field advantage is important in every sport. But China’s performance in Beijing 2008 is nothing short of amazing. How much of that will carry over to London? Will it remain “the strongest sports nation on earth?” Will anybody overtake them? How well will the US do?

I’m seeing it everywhere and got handed a leaflet today about it in town. It couldn’t be because London is hosting the olympics? We are bad, not that bad.

They will qualify for all events being the host nation so they will have a team do you think the professionals deserve to play in 2012 if they don’t want to represent their country now or should they give the up and coming champions a go?

6 Gold & 2 bronze in Athens and 6 Golds with 2 more to go in Beijing. If he does get 2 more; his total would be 16–two shy of Soviet Women’s gymnast Latynina, Larissa. Will he go to London to grab more medals or will he retire?

Most other times, it is played on a hard court. So is there Olympic regulations saying that the tournament must be played on a hardcourt, or do the organisers have the option in London, or in that instance – at any other Olympic games. If they would be held in Paris, would they have the option to play on clay?

Will we see London buying up container ships full of goods on the cheap that we can use in our Olympics in 2012. After all a lot of the items will be made in China so why not buy them now at a discount and save them till the next Olympics in London?
