My home page shows, BBC America news. I want American news, American newscasters, etc. How can I change that. Also I want the news to be at the top of my home page. It is currently at the bottom. How do I change that?

it has become terribly annoying Although I dont dislike her. i have a green dress too but its not like hers. dont get it, males Hardly ever get trended.
